Walking through the front door, the stunning views of the Saint Clair river can be seen throughout the open concept entry, fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, and the relaxing river room where 300’+ freighters can be seen or watch the 65” smart tv. A door off the river room opens to a deck. It has (gate) stairs that lead to a lower patio. The main floor also has a full bathroom with tub/shower and a king size bedroom with a nice size closet and 55” smart tv. The upstairs (gate) opens to a large loft that can hold 2 trundles and a rollaway bed, if requested. A bedroom with 2 twin beds has a noise machine. There is a separate area with a desk and chair for a workspace. Walking into the large master king bedroom, the views of the water are incredible. There is a sitting area with a recliner to read a book, watch the boats, or the 55” smart tv. There is a half bath right off the master bedroom. The basement has a washer and dryer, full size refrigerator, high chair, toys, baby seat and playpen. Watch the 65” smart tv while you try your hand at ping pong, air hockey or any of the various games. The views of the water from the French doors lead to a converted 2 car entertainment space. 2 large awning windows open to enjoy the river views out of direct sunlight or inclement weather. A hot tub on the patio to watch the river. A 12’x50’ paver patio, right at the seawall to enjoy a fire or dinning at table & chairs. Fish off the Dock.
